Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staff in the UK cover 8 am to midnight UK time and staff in the Philippines cover midnight to 8 am UK time.

However, there is a caveat to this. As Christians, we take the Bible seriously when it declares that God intended human beings to have one day of rest each week. Hence, Sunday is normally not a working day. That said, we also take note of Jesus' words in Mark 2:27 that the sabbath is for man and not man for the sabbath. If you've got a major issue that crops up on a Sunday, it will do no-one any good to not do anything about it! So, our support policy can be summarised as follows:

  • Monday to Saturday: 24 hour support for any support requests
  • Sunday: 24 hour support for show-stopper and other serious issues only. Less serious issues will be dealt with on the following Monday.
